Riel’s Heart of the North world premiere is tonight! This has been an unforgettable experience, many thanks to the amazing players of the Regina Symphony and their fearless and highly professional conductor Gordon Gerrard. The piece sounded so good right away, Maestro Gerrard was able to do some finely detailed work with his highly skilled players. Having the best singers in the land  doesn’t hurt either! (I will tag them in the comments.) Break a leg and merde, everyone!! Now – out for dinner…
